Consumer withdrawal and off-premises contracts. Commentary to the Judgment of the CJEU of 20/10/2020.

In this important judgment, the CJEU concludes that the consumer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the signing of the contract when they have signed an off-premises contract regardless of whether or not the manufacturer has begun production.
