Claudia Burés

Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Murcia and Diploma in Labour Relations from the University of Barcelona, Claudia has also completed an accounting and tax postgraduate course for technicians in labour management at the Ramon Llull University.

Throughout her long professional career, she has intervened in the resolution of numerous individual and collective conflicts, in which she has stood out for her mediating and negotiating skills.

She has extensive experience in the field of Labour Law, actively participating in advisory tasks and Due Diligence processes, as well as in collective bargaining (substantial modification of working conditions and negotiation of collective agreements) and internal restructuring of templates (EREs and ERTEs), both in ordinary labour proceedings and in bankruptcy proceedings), representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings. She also has extensive experience in the management and direction of teams as responsible partner for the area of labour law, as well as in the field of sports labour law (advising both clubs and sports professionals) and is also a specialist in the special employment regime of executives.
