Cristina Esteban

With a degree in Law and a Master's degree in Business Law from Ramon Llull University, Cristina began her professional career in 2000 at Garrigues, where she worked for 11 years. In 2012, she co-founded the firm Cadama Legal.

Throughout her career, she has developed her practice in the areas of civil and commercial law, with a special focus on litigation and judicial and extrajudicial advice in private disputes. She has extensive experience in the legal management of civil and commercial proceedings, both before national courts and tribunals and before arbitration tribunals, in matters such as civil liability (professional, medical, construction and general damages), corporate disputes (challenging corporate resolutions, directors' liability and disputes between shareholders), civil and commercial contracts (construction, agency, distribution, supply), unfair competition, advertising and intellectual property, as well as matters related to inheritance and wills.

She has also been involved in numerous insolvency proceedings, advising both insolvent companies and creditors, and providing a strategic vision aimed at preventing and minimising conflict.

She combines her professional activity with teaching as an academic collaborator at the Faculty of Law of Ramon Llull University, where she teaches civil and commercial litigation in the Master's Degree in Law.
