He has an Economics Degree from Barcelona Autònoma University, a Master's Degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Law Degree from Catalonia Open University.

During his extensive track record, he has provided his services to top-level law firms specialising in business advice such as Cuatrecasas (where he worked for over 15 years) and Ventura Garcés López-Ibor.

Gerard has vast experience in providing advice to large domestic and international business groups and in tax planning for assets. In environmental taxation, he is an expert on taxation for renewable energy and environmental taxes.

Gerard is a regular speaker at congresses and regularly publishes specialist articles in the field of energy and environmental taxation.
