Juan Botta

Juan holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a master's degree in international business law (part-time) from ESADE.

He specializes in commercial and corporate law. His professional career has been developed in prestigious law firms such as Ventura Garcés López-Ibor and Globalpacta Abogados, where he has advised both multinational companies and family businesses.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and all types of corporate transactions, as well as in the field of commercial contracting, advising national and international clients.

He also has solid knowledge in the field of information society, advising companies on matters such as web content, e-commerce, and data privacy, among others.
