She has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Law from ESADE Law School, specialising in Business Law, a Master's Degree in International Business Law- Full Time from ESADE, and an Executive Master's Degree in Business Law from “Centro de Estudios Garrigues” in collaboration with Harvard Law School.
She has developed her professional career in Garrigues, where she began her career in 2006 until 2012 and then continued it in the firm Ventura Garcés López Ibor during the years 2012 to 2020, advising both large companies and SMEs and family businesses, both in civil and commercial litigation and in bankruptcy law.
She combines her professional activity with teaching civil procedure law in the Undergraduate and Dual Degree Program at ESADE Law School.
She is the author of several doctrinal articles, especially in the field of insolvency law, as well as co-author, together with Juan Pablo, of the European Commission's Study JLS/C4/2005/03 concerning the application of Regulation 44/2001 ("Brussels I") in Spain, carried out by Heidelberg University (February 2007).
