Sara Sanchís

Sara graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University in 2004 and began her professional career at Garrigues , where she worked for more than four years. In 2013, she joined Cadama Legal.

She has developed her career in the field of private law, both civil and commercial, providing judicial and extrajudicial advice to companies and individuals. Her experience includes leading and managing civil and commercial proceedings before Courts and Tribunals, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts and preventive conflict-resolution solutions.

In the area of litigation, she regularly handles matters related to distribution and agency agreements, construction contracts, urban leases, homeowners’ associations, contractual and non-contractual civil liability, corporate disputes, contract termination, and enforcement proceedings, among others.

She also works in the field of succession law, both in estate planning and in the administration of inheritances.
